This tour was one of the highlights of our week long stay. Asia, our tour guide gave a historical perspective of Krakow under Communism that was fun and informative. The chance to eat in a canteen, sip coffee in a resturant while she put info into context and then drive the car was way too much fun,the most fun we've had on a tour!!! Thanks Asia

Just like to add a note to say how much we enjoyed our "Communism Tour" with GrazyGuides. Our guide, Tim, had excellent first hand knowledge about the life and times of living in a country under communist rule. He took us for a beer/cola in an old communist restaurant and relived the story of Poland from 1945 - including his own memories. After a tour of the city he took us to an apartment untouched for years, there we drank vodka/cola and ate gherkins whilst watching communist propganda movies. It was an amazing experience. Me and my son (12) went on 10 tours/museum trips over our 5 day stay in Krakow & we both agreed without a doubt this was the best. Thanks again Tim!

My cousins and I went on the Communism tour this December (2010) and had the most fun we could have ever imagined! I didn't think I would laugh so much in one afternoon! The tour was informative, interesting, funny and -above all- unforgettable! I enjoyed taking a spin in the Trabant, as well as sampling some incredible vodka. Would definately recommend this to students/anyone with a good sense of humour - you won't regret it! Many thanks guys for a brilliant first day in Krakow, you left us wanting more! xxx

My friend and I visited Krakow in early November 2010. Our Crazy Guide, Jurek, was very knowledgeable, an excellent story teller and had a great sense of humor. The tour provided an intimate view of Poland's communist history. Jurek was very gracious to let us pick his brain about Nowa Huta and life in Poland in general, and even drove us to a local market to look around! This is at the top of our list of fun things we did while in Krakow and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I went on the Communist Tour on a recent trip to Krakow with my girlfriend. Our guide was witty, informative and great fun. Nowa Huta is a very interesting part of the city made even more so by the nature of the tour. It's the best way to see the area, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

We did the "standard" communist tour to Nova Huta (oktober 2010). We were with four people in the luxery Lada. It was great fun and also very interesting. We received a lot of information and had fun driving the Lada and also the Trabant. The tour leaders are good guys and speak good English. Do this!

One of the high points of our trip to Poland. A chance to see how people lived and talk to a friendly, knowledgeable guide about life behind the Iron Curtain. Don't miss the tour(and all of the 25 hp of the Trabant).
